  My husband and I own a local business in Ballina.With the floods our business had a foot of water go through, even though we were lucky it is a very high stressful time with business being closed. We are able to open again tomorrow , Thursday 10th March and needed change, we also have no internet or eftpos. ALL the banks are closed , the only one open we found was yours so we went to ATM and went into your Ballina branch just to get change. A rude teller proceeded to tell us no as we didn't bank with them , after pleading and explaining the circumstance she rudely stated that this will be the only time, they would not do it again. I used to work for a large financial institution and each time we had some sort of disaster,epidemic we helped all people, no discrimination. I was so disappointed, hurt that the Teller behaved this way, this has turned me off your institution and I will be letting the community of Ballina know this is the service you provide. I feel you need to teach your staff compassion and understanding, this was not any run of the mill day but a time through a disaster,shame on you
