Super easy pick up, easy car to drive (we actually got a mini SUV which was great and bigger than we expected), and easy to return. The man at the service desk was very nice too (both times!).

I have been waiting 5 weeks now on a response for explaination about the extra charges, but there seems no way to contact them. Also Expedia is trying to get in touch with them. It seems impossible and he seems to get away with stealing. The guy is an irresponsable thief. Please dont book here.

We had a witness at the scene and hardly any damage at all. When dropping car off GREG stated that there was no issue and they would chase the girl who reversed into us to fix damage then two months later we were sent a 2000 dollar fine through NSW court small claims division. What an absolute joke i would never hire from this company again they didnt even bother to chase the female who caused the damage and now we are paying 2k because these barstards are to lazy to do their job. Please do not hire your car through this company and make sure you hire something that covers you completely in terms and conditions. Even if you get a minor scratch that isnt your fault you ill be footing the bill.

Removed $1200 from my card for a small windshield chip from a stray rock without even informing me. Was told on returning vehicle chip could possibly be easily/ cheaply repaired but would be updated. - Jonathan Miller Added August 27, 2023★ ★ ★ ★ ☆Guy was friendly and helpful. It's a small operation and the truck wad not ready when I came. No one was there when I dropped it off either but I could leave the keys
