  Worst experience ever. I took my 2006 bmw 330 to these guys for an issue I was having with the car stalling along with a number of other symptoms that I had explained. I also asked them if they could install four ignition coils and go over the car and to let me what needs to be fixed. They had the car for 9 days and Mitch told me an intake valve needed fixing at a cost of $700 but he hadn’t experienced the car stalling. He also stated that the water pump and thermostat needed doing at a cost of $1100 along with a brake fluid change which I said I didn’t want done.. When I picked the car up it stalled almost straight away. After walking straight back in and having one of the mechanics get in the car and have it stall straight away they took the car back into the workshop and left me waiting for another half an hour before Mitch said he’d fixed the problem by unplugging an air flow sensor. After driving around for a week with the car not running properly i discovered the air filter was black with soot, mud and rocks and had obvious not even been looked at instead his solution was to unplug a sensor… Unbelievable a company could be so lazy to not even check the most basic of parts and instead charge me $1200 and return the car with the same issue… The worst service from any business I’ve ever experienced

  Mitchell really helped me with my VW Golf to get back on the road after problems with servicing & error lights that another local dealer couldn't fix. Mitchell had the problem sorted in minutes even though he was busy he fitted me in. Can't thank you enough.

  Even when busy they do what they can to help every customer when they need it without sacrificing anything in their current work load.

  I had a small incident in Byron Bay and wanted to have the BMW checked before a long drive to Sydney. The team was professional, quick to respond, honest and easy to deal with. I left with a peace of mind and highly recommend them.
