  Needs a receptionist or at least some directional signs to help assist people with what to do when entering, as there is no one there to greet/help you (e.g. what to do to add yourself to the queue to be seen). Would also be nice if they would pick up the phone. I understand the workers are very busy and I don't understand why it would be their responsibility to answer the phone if they're dealing with patients for their whole shift. A receptionist would go a long way with this facility.

  I have to go to the ballina office on tamar st every week because of walfarin care the ladies are fantastic I have never had a bad experience

  Staff were great .. very busy considering the number of tests they have in the current situation.

  Lovely service, thank you! The receptionist who took my call was so nice, I felt great when I got off the phone as I was listened to and made feel comfortable. I attended the clinic for a covid test where there was a large line. I am 37 weeks pregnant. When the staff were asked for a chair for me by another customer because I was sitting outside in the line, they immediately bought me inside and tested me straight away. I am especially thankful for this experience today as I have not been treated this well during my pregnancy and not having to wait today helped me immensely as I have had a complicated pregnancy. It's free to be kind. thank you to the staff who helped me today. I appreciate you. Gabby.
