He, not only is a big friendly giant, he is hands down the best person I’ve come across to handle a needle. As soon as I walk in the door and see James my anxiety levels drop knowing I’m in good hands. After having some pretty average experiences when it comes to having my bloods done, It’ll be hard to find anyone as good, gentle and smooth as James. His calming, friendly and nurturing personality goes along way and deserve the recognition.
Thank you James for your excellent service! Appreciate the work you’ve done and the way you’ve treated me over the years! You’re a bloody legend! Hope QML recognise your time and the different you’ve made with your clients.
