- Annette Aitkin Added December 16, 2017★ ★ ★ ★ ★June 2016 we arrived in Ballina at 1.00pm with an overheated bearing in our dual axle caravan, despite previously having the axles serviced some 8,000 kilometres ago. The reception staff and the technicians provided us with excellent service and provided us with efficient repair work and time. It was discovered that there was more than one wheel bearing to be repaired and they had us back on the road within 24 hours as promised. Many thanks to all.
