  Wish I could give 5 stars as I thought being a regional office people would be nicer, friendlier, however not so. Originally from Sydney where every RMS customer service person is rude, but Ballina??? The front customer service man was awesome and helpful and very engaging and I appreciated his help. I then got a girl who looked straight pass me, couldn't make eye contact with me, and even though she was able to answer some of my questions, I left feeling over whelmed and unable to process everything as I was told at the end to call the help line.
  
  Why should I when they are there to help.

  Byron Bay is a beautiful place. However, if you are a tourist expect a tourist tax by way of fines. The parking enforcement is very strict and don’t care if you parked a certain way for safety reasons or not. Certainly hope fines go towards fixing their horrendous roads.

  More like no service NSW. unhelpful staff and long wait times. Not wasting any more time with this branch

  Staff have always been helpful,happy and knowledgeable. They've helped with a variety of things from birth certificate issues and changing registration difficulties they have answered all queries efficiently and when they didn't know they found out for me. Much better staff than the older motor registry staff from previous location.
